What's New?

Autumn has arrived in the northern hemisphere. Shorter days, crisp air and the trees are changing to golden tones. More importantly for me the perfect time to turn the oven on and do more creative testing. And yes I have been doing just that. Over the last few weeks, I have been balancing the sweet treats with a few healthier options.

I have been experimenting with buckwheat bread, this is a hearty gluten-free bread that is perfect for toast or open sandwiches. If you haven't checked out my recipe click on the image below.

Buckwheat Bread: no yeast, no rise, no dairy & gluten-free

Easy Dinner/Meal Ideas under 30 minutes

I have had a few requests to bring back easy dinner/meal ideas. I am working on several tasty recipes in under 30 minutes. I am often hungry and love whipping up quick meals at home, using what I already have in the fridge or cupboard. I will be promoting mainly creative vegetarian recipes. Whilst I am not a strict vegetarian I prefer to promote creative vegetarian recipes. However, I have been enjoying eating salmon in Sweden. We decided a few years ago to aim to consume less chicken and red meat at home to help the planet, we only eat this every so often when we are out.
