I love sharing my simple recipes that taste delicious and not too sweet. I love baking with Spelt and buckwheat flour, with some recipes gluten-free. I enjoy creating recipes with inspiration from travelling. I love cooking quick dinner ideas and using oat milk. I have an 80/20 rule – I try to eat healthy options most of the time with the occasional treat that's not too sweet. I have been enjoying eating more vegetarian this year.

Australian born, London based (when I am not visiting other countries). My husband and I love travelling in Europe and especially Italy. I am passionate about Italian food and culture. Many of my recipes are inspired by my travels. Cooking in new kitchens, and new countries also pose ingredient challenges, I am often changing and adapting to what I can buy or what's in my cupboard. I want to share with you how to experiment and not be scared of changing a recipe especially when you might want to use what's in your fridge or cupboard.
