I enjoy eating healthy and have been incorporating more vegetarian and vegan meals into my diet over the past five years. While I don't strictly follow any specific diet, I do limit my meat intake most weeks. I feel better overall because I eat more vegetables and legumes. I love sharing my dinner ideas, hoping to inspire you to cook at home instead of ordering takeout or eating ready-made meals. I believe that everyone can cook and that everyone can eat better!
