Hi, I’m Sue Maree P
I love creating simple recipes that taste delicious but aren’t overly sweet. Baking with ancient grains is one of my passions – especially spelt flour and buckwheat flour – and I also enjoy developing gluten-free recipes.
My cooking is inspired by my travels, my love of quick and easy dinner ideas, and my preference for using oat or soy milk in everyday recipes. I follow an 80/20 food philosophy: I try to eat healthy most of the time, while still enjoying the occasional not-too-sweet treat. Since 2020, I’ve been eating more vegetarian meals, which has opened up a whole new world of creativity in the kitchen.
I’m Australian-born but now based in Gothenburg, Sweden. My goal is to encourage you to experiment, adapt recipes to what you have on hand, and most importantly, have fun while cooking and baking.
For me, baking is a way to relax and a way to share love with family and friends. My dream is to inspire and connect with people all over the world through food – because nothing makes me happier than seeing others enjoy what they’ve made.
