Yes, July is my birthday month, and my YouTube channel has turned 2. Where did those last two years go? I have baked and tested so many recipes. At this stage, I am on track for my December 2021 goal of 1000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours. A big thank you to my Sue Maree P family for all your support.

My Aussie bakes are proving to be super popular. Who would have guessed? A new video shared last month was a request from two of my viewers. Melting Moments and a favourite sweet treat with many Aussies; Caramel Slice inspired by a Donna Hay recipe but tweaked Sue Maree P style.

I am continuing to experiment with more bread ideas and healthy plant-based dinner ideas on my Series What's for Dinner.
