Blueberry Smoothie
Bursting with blueness. Be careful not to get purple lips. I don't like icy cold smoothies so I never add ice. If you really want a cold smoothie add ice before you blend it.
Ingredients
- Oat milk
- Blueberries
- Ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- bananas (add extra if you want it sweeter)
