Ingredients
- Condensed milk – one can or leftover
- Cocoa Powder – add 2-4 tbsp depending on what's left in your can
Method
Step 1
Using a spatula scoop out the leftover condensed milk or use a fresh can and gently heat in a small saucepan with the cocoa powder stirring until smooth and thick, this may take 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the saucepan and spoon into a container of bowl. Rest for at least 10-15 minutes on your bench before covering and chilling in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
Step 3
Place the cocoa powder in a small container or flat bowl. Then using two teaspoons scoop out a teaspoon and with wet hands roll into small balls, then dip the truffle in cocoa powder. I use a toothpick to pick it up and place it on a small tray lined with baking paper. Place in a container and store for at least one week in the fridge.
