Kitchen Love: June

London summertime is very humid therefore baking is challenging. More no-bakes needed. I'll be experimenting with a few more no bakes sweet treat recipes over the coming weeks. I have created a new cycling bar recipe (see below) this time without nuts, using sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I will continue my What's for Dinner Series sharing what we are eating, as we are mainly eating vegetarian they will be plant-based creative ideas to whip up at home with a few salad ideas.

Hmmm, what else, my Spelt bread recipes continue to be very popular therefore, I am experimenting with Spelt Naan bread at the moment and have almost nailed the process. Many more new recipes to come.

Drum roll, please!

I have a few exciting announcements. I have reached 55,000 views, 200 videos and now over 600 subscribers. I could not have done it without your support, so a big thank you.
