Where has January gone?
This month was an exciting time in my kitchen in Gothenburg. I had my first video/ recipe collaboration on YouTube. I invited my friend Maryanne to share her favourite recipe from Kerala, India. Maryanne taught me how to make gluten-free fermented Indian-style dosa crepes with homemade fresh tomato chutney.

My new Swedish cookies known as Drömmar meaning dreams in Swedish.

Drömmar means dreams in Swedish and these cookies truly are dreamy. After the first bite, you will realise they are light, crumbly and completely addictive. With only six ingredients, a little butter and no eggs they are quick and easy to whip up.
