Homemade Gluten-free Flour Blend: 3 Ingredients

An easy homemade gluten-free flour blend using supermarket-bought flours, that are readily available. Rice flour, potato flour and corn flour. I was inspired by a UK blogger Loppy Whisk, this is a version of one of her gluten-free flour blends. I think the original recipe said to buy potato starch if you can. I can only find potato flour in the supermarket here. This blend works well for some of my recipes. I will share a cookie recipe very soon. I haven't tested extensively yet.

Most gluten-free flour blends you buy ready-made have added xantham gum and some people can be sensitive to this. So, making your own you can be in control of what ingredients go into your gluten-free flour mix.
